Craig Wentzel - President and CEO, Founder

President and Founder of both C & J Engineering Technical Services, LLC and Applied Cell Processing Technolog, LLC, a twenty-eight year veteran of the Electronic Design Automation and the Test and Measurement industry. Craig Wentzel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering and Technology from The College of NJ, and a Master of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering from Rutgers University. He has training certifications in digital signal processing, business, and leadership from various educational institutions including Harvard University and San Jose State University. Craig is also an adjunct professor, College of New Jersey.

Dr Allen Katz - Resident Consultant

Founder and President of Linearizer Technology, Inc., a New Jersey based company dedicated exclusively to distortion correction, professor of Electrical Engineering at The College of New Jersey. Dr Katz received a Doctorate of Science and Baccalaureate degrees in Electrical Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology and a Masters of Science in Electrical Engineering from Rutgers University. His work spans the frequency range from UHF to above Ka-band and has involved both hybrid and MMIC circuits including the design of the first practical MMIC linearizer. He holds 16 patents and has written more than 75 technical publications.

Tony Radice - Consultant

Tony has over 27 years of experience in the communications industry starting at Jerrold Communications in the Advanced Technology Lab as a senior engineer. His original leadership skills and technical training started in the US Army as a Captain in the Infantry. He holds multiple engineering degrees from Drexel Universiy. Tony worked with and led engineering teams to develop the first cable digital music systems, various security systems, the first digital set top boxes and other innovative products in the Cable TV industry. He holds several patents in the Cable TV industry in areas of RF, Analog and Digital Design, as well as a Six Sigma Black Belt. Tony leads the collaborative rapid prototype teas for ACPT.
